How We Work
Our primary service is the monthly market commentary publication. It contains general financial product advice for wholesale clients and includes the disclaimers set out below.
Where a wholesale client requests bespoke personal advice, all such advice is provided personally by our Director, subject to a written engagement letter signed before any advice is given. The engagement letter sets out the scope, fees, and nature of the advice to be provided.
We communicate with clients only by phone, email, or letter. We will never contact you, or provide advice, via WhatsApp, WeChat, Telegram, Facebook, or any other social media or messaging platform. Any such contact purporting to be from us is fraudulent and should be reported.
We do not accept client funds. We will never request that funds be deposited into our company bank accounts or into any other account. If you receive a communication of this nature appearing to be from us, please treat it as a scam and contact us directly using the email address below before taking any action.
Our Clients
Opheleo Holdings Pty Ltd provides advice to wholesale clients.
A wholesale client is defined as follows:
A person may fall within the definition of a wholesale client if, among other things, they are:
- a person purchasing a financial product, or a financial service related to a financial product, where the value of the product is above the prescribed threshold (currently set by the Corporations Regulations at $500,000);
- a person with certified net assets of at least $2.5 million or a person who had a gross income for each of the past two financial years of at least $250,000; or
- a ‘professional investor’. This category includes AFS licensees, listed entities, banks and friendly societies, and other entities that may be presumed to have the expertise or access to professional advice to justify their being treated as wholesale.

If you have been contacted by any person or entity claiming to represent Opheleo Holdings, any of our Corporate Authorised Representatives, or any of our personnel, and the contact:
- was made via WhatsApp, WeChat, Telegram, Facebook, or any other messaging or social media platform; or
- requested that funds be deposited into a bank account; or
- involved a trading platform, investment scheme, or financial product not described on this website; or
- otherwise gave you reason to suspect it was not genuine,
please report it to us immediately at reportscam@opheleoholdings.com.au. We will investigate and, where appropriate, report the matter to ASIC and Scamwatch.
